It worked! I just created the folder in Controls/RAD, then in the IIS tree, I right clicked on the new 'UserDocuments' folder-->Permissions-->and provided appropriate permissions to read/write to the folder. Thank you so soo much!
-
I don't have one. Can I just create a folder called 'UserDocuments' ? Does this require it's addition in the RichText.ascx file?

The images uploader is enabled, but the documents manager to attach documents to issues is not. Any insight?

Great! Everything is fixed. I updated the CounterSoft.Gemini.Scheduler.exe.config file (found at C:\Program Files\CounterSoft\CounterSoft Gemini Scheduler Service) with the correct URL. We updated our alias' to 3 different alias, and separated out the emails to those.
All problems fixed. Thank you so much!

Yes, you are right, it may be the alias issue for the triplicate emails. The day I installed the Scheduler, I got an error in the Event Viewer that says:
''Error starting Gemini Scheduler [3]'' When I open it up, it reads:
System - The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. - at ...

Okay, for everyone's reference, I found the issue email alert details in the template file at:
C:\Program Files\CounterSoft\CounterSoft Gemini Issue Tracker\Gemini Web Application\templates\mail\html
I opened the 'Common-IssueDetail.vm' file with a notepad and made the appropriate edit.

Okay - it did not work. Since we have the free version right now, we have one email address that is used as an 'alias' for notification and that alias points to several email addresses. When I have the mail-plug in selected, then the email notification works correctly, but I get triplicate emails (i.e. CREATE, CREATE, ...

Thank you - I will give that a try. Our Outlook servers are down as I can't test to see if it worked. I will repost if it does not. Thanks again!
-
I am sorry - I have the free version and I don't see the option to select details for the project in the Project Template.

Hello - Every time someone creates an issue we all get 3 emails - all of them are 'CREATE' (not one ASSIGNED, UPDATE, etc). I have SSL set to 'NO' and I have the Mail-Plug-In selected (if the Scheduler is selected, no emails get sent).
Any insight?
-
Is this in the SQL database? what table?
-
They are identical - I have the Mail-Plug-In selected - should I have the scheduler?
-
-
One more question - how do I get the field 'Versions Affected' to show in the email alerts?
-
Also - SSL is set to 'NO'
-
Thank you for the reply - I double checked the SMTP settings, the test works. It seemed to start working over the weekend.... However, when I create an issue everyone gets 3 emails - all notification of 'CREATE' of the same issue (not one for assignd, updated, etc). Is this related to the fact I have 3 users, all with settings to ...

I configured the SMTP and ran the test and it worked exactly as desired. I ensured that notifications for ALL things related to issues (created, updated, resolved, etct) were enabled in the 'Notifications' and in each project. I created a test issue and no emails were sent. When I go to the Systems Log, this the message I get as a
