Comments Count and Closed count not tickable. went in and reset the ASHX verbs associated and its all working. It was selected to be ''all verbs'' so i unselected that and set it back to POST,DEBUG,HEAD etc.. and updated and then reset it back to ALL VERBS and updated it again and it all works now   thanks

I have tried this a few times now and it is just overriding whatever i have done on the desktop version with the data from the server. Any new comments etc.. are synch but I have tried status , severity etc.. (all of the settings) and they just get reset to the values as they were on the server. Is it possible to synchronise the calendar entries into my current calendar and not into a seperate GEMINI calendar - currently I am having tohave both calendars open and would prefer to have my work calendar open with the Gemini entries added to it.
