Where is the documentation about the Mailbox processor? I can't really seem to find any that talks about how it is suppose to work.

SMTP works...

Right now I send an email to the designated address and it processes it and goes to my outlook email account but the issue is never logged to the issue tracker...

help is greatly appreciated...

There is no docs for this as it is quite simple to use.

Did you configure a mailbox (Administration -> Mailbox Processor)? If so, did you click on the test button to check it is working?

Did you installer the scheduler service? If not please do so.

Otherwise, please check the application log (windows event viewer) for errors from the scheduler.

SMTP Test mail is working...

Mailbox processor I have configured click on the wrench nothing windes up happening... Assuming it is not working...

Sorry I keep reading about scheduler service... I don't know what this is... There is no setup instructions for this?

Please check the project that you are processing email to and see if issues are created after clicking the test button. Are there any new issues (you need to have at least one email in the mailbox)?

If this is working, install the scheduler service: http://www.countersoft.com/downloads/v37/CounterSoft_Gemini_Scheduler_v3_7_0.exe It is very simple to install.

I found the documentation in the install folder.

So the service is already installed.

I walked through the documetation and the troubleshooting guide and everything appears set up correctly

but it is *still not* working.

Service has been stopped and restarted no errors.

No Errors in the event log.

One thing I found was the config below... What is this used for? And the username and password is to reflect what system exactly (Gemini, Operating System, ect...)? And the Webservice?

Please note I had to change the <> to [] because it was not showing up in the post.

The username and password are for a Gemini log in (admin).
What messages do you see in the application log from the scheduelr service?
